Streaky the Supercat

Streaky the Supercat is a cat who is Krypto's best friend and lives next door to Krypto and Kevin's family. In episode 3, "The Streaky Story," Streaky gained superpowers from a duplicating ray that was aimed at Krypto but reflected off of him and hit Streaky instead. Streaky later found that he had superpowers similar to Krypto's. Streaky belongs to a girl named Andrea. Unlike Krypto, he is less serious about his superhero activities, and sometimes needs prodding to perform heroic deeds, but usually is dependable. He has helped Krypto and Ace take on some dangerous foes, including the Joker's hyenas, Bud and Lou, and the Penguin's trained birds. He is voiced by Brian Drummond Ramone, Blackbeak, and Eddie.

Background[]

Streaky was a character introduced in February 1960's Action Comics #261. He has been Supergirl's pet for a long time.[1] Action Comics issue 322 shows Comet and Streaky and Krypto allied together with a Monkey Add a photo to this gallery.
